On the nose this wine shows rich, ripe black cherries and black berries with hints of tobacco, rose petals and clove. The palate is consistent with nose while adding intense depth, elegance, a rich mid palate and a very long soft tannin finish.

The nose of this wine explodes with briary red and black fruits accented by sweet black plums, nutmeg and sage. A seem less transition from the nose to the palate yields to an entry of black cherries, ripe black berries and crushed clove with a long, very dry finish of vanilla and espresso beans. This wine will continue to mature gracefully for 12-15 years.

The very old Zinfandel vines in this vineyard, some of the oldest in Napa produce extremely low production levels and very small berries yielding intense, rich, big, fruity wines. A medley of red and black fruits along with accents of flower petals, vanilla bean and dried sage dominates the nose and palate of this wine. Aged in French oak at least 15 months, helps soften the wine and creates a softer, very dry, elegant a typical Napa Valley Zinfandel. Classic black fruit dominates the nose and palate of this wine.

Ripe, red, Bing cherries and red plums dominate the nose of this wine made from the “Saignier or bleed off” juice from the Cabernet Sauvignon prior to fermentation. A seamless transition from the nose to the palate leads to a rich, very soft, fun light red wine. This wine is bone dry and aged in neutral French oak barrels for 3 months prior to bottling.
