2018 Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our dry farmed clone 7 block, which consistently year after year produces the finest fruit in the vineyard. Open top, barrel fermented and then aged in the same barrel. This very special wine is made from only four barrels. Dark, very rich with velvety but firm tannins. Chocolate covered cherry cordials, ripe persimmon, black plums dominate the palate. Long, soft elegant finish with hints of clove and black figs. This will will age 20 years.
