Tucked away in Calistoga at the northern end of Napa Valley, Canard Vineyard offers a more considered approach to wine tasting, one that favors time, attention, and authenticity over spectacle. Each visit is private and hosted one-on-one, allowing for a pace that feels natural and unhurried. There is no tasting bar, no set script, and no crowd to navigate,  just a seat among the vines and a conversation shaped around your interests.

Our wines are estate-grown and thoughtfully made, reflecting both the character of Calistoga and a commitment to doing things the right way, not the easy way. The experience is intentionally limited, so that every guest is welcomed personally and every tasting feels distinct. For those seeking a quieter, more genuine side of Napa Valley, Canard offers a return to something that has largely disappeared.

We welcome a limited number of guests four days a week.
